It's easy to apply online.

2. Click the Apply Now button on the upper right side of the site.
3. Choose Prepaid and Gift Cards
4. Check the Customized More Fun VISA Prepaid (product 701). You can also choose from their gallery with
5. Answer all the Information required.
6. Upload your desirable photo (Make sure to read and check the terms and conditions)
7. Locate where branch you want to claim your card.
8.. Wait for the confirmation e-mail.

Processing: (Upon Approval)
Once you've received the confirmation e-mail, you have to wait 7 banking days before going to the bank and claiming your card. You must also bring the following:
1. Valid Identification Card.
*Valid IDs: School ID, Company ID, NSO Birth Certificate, Barangay Clearance, Postal ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, Police/NBI Clearance, Government Issued Ids
2. Printed agreement form
3. Fee: Customized Card php 350.00 (my card)
Gallery Card php 300.00

Upon Claiming:
1. Submit and present all the requirements
2. wait for your Card
